This first excerpt from the KOFH publication, Lotus Leaf Psychology, illustrates the State-of-the-Art thinking in Psychology today. 
The early recognition of twelve states of Madness has been somewhat refined today, though the tags in the twelve large triangles are familiar to most people. 

In the center square, the more modern and current terminology refers to Personality Disfunctions, twelve, again, quite analogous with the earlier observed behaviors.
