The series of pages all fit inside one another after they have been cut, folded, and colorfully coded and annotated with additions from the teacher's Interactive Lecture. The amazing parallel between
the layout on the Graphic and the layout of the Human Nerves re-enforces the loci memory benefits here.
To
the right is a reference to the recent publication, "Teaching for the Two Sided Mind, a Guide to the Right Brain/Left Brain
Education," by Linda Williams.
The author supplies food for student discussion as they work on this project
or ordering the lay out of the Human Nervous System. Surprised herself, the author tells us that as she finished her
book, she groped for some way to tie it all together. What she came up with was the basic graphic organization the students
see on each Lotus page that so conveniently orders the nerves.
Food for scientific reflection, indeed.
