Rom. 13:1 Let every soul, (Greek: psyche), be subject unto the higher powers (of Conscience and of the Unconscious
Mind). For there is no power but of God, (Reality, and his Truth in us concerning it): the (spirit-like, non-material)
powers (of the Homo Sapiens mind) that be, are ordained, (evolved, in order that we may image the abstract truth)
of God, (that is, Reality).
Rom. 13:2 Whosoever therefore, (as an example), resisteth the power (of Social Control), resisteth the
ordinance (of pacifism) of God: and they that resist (by force) shall receive to themselves damnation.
Rom. 13:3 For (political) rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of
the power? do that which is good, (conscienteous), and thou shalt have praise of the same:
Rom. 13:4 For he, (the politician, is the minister of God to thee, (of Social Control in our community) for
good. But if thou do that which is evil (to the satisfaction of some particular psychic entity of mind, in spite of the
consequences), be afraid; for he, (political Social Control), beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister
of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.
Rom. 13:5 Wherefore ye must needs be subject, not only for (fear of political) wrath, but also for conscience sake.
Rom. 13:6 For, for this cause, (Law and Order), pay ye tribute (in tax) also: for they, (these enforcers
of political Social Control), are God's (appointed) ministers (for good or evil not withstanding), attending
continually upon this very thing.
Rom. 13:7 Render therefore to all their dues: tribute to whom tribute is due; custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear;
honour to whom honour (within the society which you dwell).
Rom. 13:8 Owe no man any thing, but to love one another (for this is a kingdom, love one another, unrelated to the
political sphere): for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law (of the Torah).
Rom. 13:9 For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false
witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou
shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
Rom. 13:10 Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law (of the Torah).
Rom. 13:11 And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake (into psychic consciousness) out of sleep (of sub-consciousness):
for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed.
Rom. 13:12 The night (of the past) is far spent, the day (of the paradigm of the New Jerusalem) is at hand: let us therefore
cast off the works of (unconscious) darkness, and let us put on the armour of light (shining upon the seven Subconscious psychic
motivators, the archetypal entities behind our behavior).
Rom. 13:13 Let us walk honestly (in Harmony with ourselves and others), as in the day (when a conscious social conscience
soon to come); not in rioting (in Libidinal exuberances) and drunkenness (of Superego escape), not in (Intuitive) chambering
(of sexual partners) and wantonness (of pleasures derived from the chaldron of one's Id), not in strife (promoting views
of our Self) and envying (by the Ego).
Rom. 13:14 But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, (awakened Conscience within ourselves), and make not provision for the flesh,
(our libidinal presence), to fulfill the lusts thereof (in the seven carnal sins).
